My wife and I have been throwing around the idea of doing a blog about her cooking. But, like most people, our first thought was, "Another blog about cooking?" So, since I wanted an excuse to do more writing, and she wanted to commit to more cooking, we decided that I would chronicle her cooking with my hands-off approach. Read on to experience my attempts to thwart her cooking by taking pictures and tasting ingredients.
Kristen is currently cooking and baking in Albany, New York
with her cute puppy, Aurora, and sweet husband, Eric, nipping at her
heels. Her goal is to make beautiful yet
approachable food where the spirit, taste, and charm of her grandmother can shine
through. She dreams about opening her
very own dessert boutique in the Indianapolis Metro-land area (Coming Soon!).
